Our two story family home has 4 bedrooms and a full bath on the 2nd floor, a living room, dining/family room, half bath and full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer on the first floor. Surrounded by 3 porches (covered open porch, closed in porch and open deck) there are ocean views from 3 sides of the entire home.

Located At: 88 Ocean Avenue Extension, York Beach, Maine

Accommodates: Up to 9 individuals in 4 bedrooms and a pull out couch in living room.

Number of Bathrooms: 1/2 bath down stairs and full bath with tub on 2nd floor.

Parking: for 3 to 4 cars

Rental: Weekly

Rate: Rates vary from $1,700 (early and late season) to $3,400 (July/August) plus Maine’s 9% tax

Pets: The owners will consider well behaved dogs.

Amenities Include:

• Exquisite ocean views from ALL rooms except the bathroom. (We’ll leave you a good book to read)!!
• Courtesy hose outside for rinsing off after returning from beach.
• Walking distance to Short Sands Beach and Nubble Light and only 1 mile from Long Sands Beach.
