For specific
directions on how to get to the main house or the cottages please
feel free to phone us.
We are located about one hour north of Boston and
about one hour south of Portland, Maine. The main house is right where the red star is.
The cottages are right around the corner.
Look how close we are to both beaches and to
Nubble Light! As you can see, the main house is right on the coast, the cottages
are right behind it with a clear view to the ocean. (1/2 inch on the map equals
about 1800 feet)

Take Interstate 95 north If you feel adventurous
(lots of winding roads) look for the Coastal Route (1A) after you cross over
into Maine. This route hugs the coast and will take you through historical York
Village, up Long Sands and around Nubble Light point. Otherwise, on I-95 north the Yorks are off exit 4, the last exit before the
toll booth that marks the official beginning of the Maine Turnpike - follow road
signs to Short Sands - York Beach. If you’re flying in, you can either land at
Boston’s Logan Airport and rent a car to make the drive from there (it would
take longer to get a connecting flight than it would to drive up).
You can try getting a direct flight into Portland Airport in Maine (50 minutes
north of York) or fly into Manchester, N.H., which is less
than an hour away.
York Beach is near the southernmost tip of Maine making it easily accessible
from all major cities in north eastern United States and Canada as well.
