Rate: $900.00 plus 7% tax per week in season (summer months) Contact us for off-season rates.

Pets: Allowed (small deposit required) They must be on a leash at all times when outside.

Courtesy hose outside for rinsing off after walking on the beach.

Walking distance to Short Sands Beach and Nubble Light and only 1 mile from Long Sands Beach.

Additional Information: You will also need to supply your own linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels)

Check In: Saturday at 2 pm EST.

Check Out: Saturday at 11 am EST

Deposit & Terms: $100.00 which must be sent immediately. (within 7 days)

Pet Deposit: $100.00

The remaining $800 plus the 7% tax will be due upon arrival.

Cancellations: 30 days notice, If we can re-rent your week(s) we will refund your deposit.
